About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, you will utilize your nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Hours: 11pm-7:30am (full-time night shifts, 8 hours).

Responsibilities

  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents (supportive presence).
  • Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents (leadership).
  • Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
  • Work towards the common goal of excellent care for residents (teamwork).
  • Support a respectful and positive work environment (interpersonal communication).
  • Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
  • Proficient medication management skills.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
