Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Responsibilities Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Delivers relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs.Partners with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinates safe, quality care documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting a respectful environment.Supports performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities.Participates in professional development, mentorship, and protocol development to enhance care delivery.Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, including accreditation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; licensure as an RN (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.Certifications: BLS, RN license; additional certifications may be required.Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Proficient in clinical technology, critical thinking, and time management.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies professionally. Additional duties: Support resource management, participate in protocol development, and adhere to organizational policies.
