Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Days

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. RNs play a central role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program to facilitate a smooth transition into the hospital setting.
• Participate in systematic patient assessments, timely and accurate documentation, and interpretation of diagnostic data.
• Ensure medical orders are accurately transcribed and processed.
• Competence in managing rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification at hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications include clinical experience.

Pay

$38.64 to $52.00 per hour based on experience plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7am to 7:30pm.
