About the role
Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. Registered Nurses (RNs) are central to delivering compassionate, high-quality care throughout the recovery process.

- Engage in systematic patient assessments, timely documentation, and interpretation of diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are accurately transcribed and processed, and be competent in managing rapid response and code events.
- Provide instruction and counseling to patients and families as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- BLS certification at hire.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in critical care settings is advantageous.

Pay
- $41.22 to $55.50 per hour based on experience plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Schedule
- Full Time Days - Three 12-hour shifts per week.
Sign-on Bonus
- $20,000.00 sign-on bonus.
