Registered Nurse (RN) / Full-Time Days

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. RNs play a central role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensuring competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instructing and counseling patients and families
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License, BLS required at hire, ACLS required within 6 months of hire
