Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Days

Location & Schedule

Pontiac, Michigan (7th & 8th floor of Trinity Health Oakland Hospital)

Full‑time days, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm

Compensation

Up to $52.00 per hour (based on experience)

$15,000 sign‑on bonus

$3.50 shift differential for nights and $3.00 for weekends

About the Role

Hospital Oakland is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment throughout patients’ most vulnerable and painful moments.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
• Document timely and accurately using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
