About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process, coordinate care, and partner with patients and families.
• Practice culturally sensitive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional development by mentoring, maintaining competencies, and promoting evidence-based practice and research.
• Develop protocols, ensure compliance with policies, and optimize resource use to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN licensure (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.
