Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Critical Care - Part-Time Nights

Role: RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care, a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice. Responsibilities: Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation tailored to individual patient needs.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care, engaging patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful environment.Support professional growth by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and participating in performance improvement activities.Advance evidence-based practice, participate in research, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Associates, Diploma, or Bachelors in Nursing; BLS and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience preferred.Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact).Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.
