Responsibilities
- Deliver intraoperative patient care as a first assistant
- Perform preoperative assessments
- Collaborate with the surgical team
- Monitor patient response
- Administer medications
- Develop and evaluate care plans
- Participate in professional development
- Actively contribute to perioperative efficiency, safety, and quality of care
- Advocate for patient safety and education
Qualifications & Skills
- RN license
- RNFA certification
- CNOR
- 2-5 years of nursing experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Certified First Assistant or CNOR credentials
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to assess patient needs
- Ability to adapt care plans accordingly
