Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Completion of RNFA program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in perioperative nursing
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in the perioperative setting.
- Coordinate and manage delegated patient care activities.
- Assist under the direction of the operating surgeon during surgical procedures.
- Promote cooperation among the healthcare team and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
- Exemplify leadership and professionalism in the nursing role.
