Registered Nurse - RN Emergency Room

About the role

Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience. Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Department at Grand Haven Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
• Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Skills

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months of hire
• TNCC within 12 months of hire
