Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room, responsible for delivering hands-on acute patient care, coordinating clinical activities, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Duties Provide bedside nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to clinical standards.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure in the practicing state (required).Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Critical Care RN (CCRN) certifications are preferred.Experience in emergency or critical care settings is advantageous.Strong clinical knowledge, patient-focused approach, and teamwork skills.
