Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care setting within the Emergency Department. The RN provides high-quality medical care, along with compassionate support to patients and families during various emotional states. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patientsCollaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plansMonitor patient conditions and respond to emergenciesMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferredCurrent RN license in the practice state; multi-state license acceptableRequired certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP based on patient populationCritical Care or emergency nursing experience is preferredSpecialty certifications like CCRN or CEN are a plus Additional Details: The role involves full-time night shifts, weekend and holiday rotations, with compensation aligned to experience.
