Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Role Overview The registered nurse (RN) in the Critical Care setting provides essential medical care to the most vulnerable patients within the Emergency Department. They deliver high-quality clinical treatment combined with compassionate support to patients and families during challenging times. This full-time position involves night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a sign-on bonus available. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment.Provide advanced critical care interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment.Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification required.Critical Care experience and additional certifications like CCRN or CEN are advantageous.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required based on patient population.
