About the role
Provide safe, high-quality emergency care across multiple hospital sites, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to varying department needs. Orientation is provided, and you will self-schedule shifts, including weekends and evenings, with pay differentials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying department needs
- Maintain adherence to clinical standards
- Work across multiple emergency departments in Magnet hospitals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in acute care
- Emergency Department experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- TNCC certification strongly preferred
- Commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire (relevant experience considered)
Pay
Competitive pay rates of $52–$56 per hour, based on hours committed.
