Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (Part-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, working night shifts (7pm-7am). Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process, emphasizing evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and cultural competence. Partner with patients and families to deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care.Coordinate interdisciplinary team communication and documentation to ensure safe care delivery.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other nurses and healthcare staff.Promote evidence-based practice, adhere to policies, and participate in data collection for clinical questions.Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resource use, and supporting continuous professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years RN experience, associates or higher nursing degree (bachelor's preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state), and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. Ability to practice according to nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
