Unit Description
The Sentara Princess Anne Hospital provides exceptional emergency care to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week with expert staff, cutting-edge technology and specialty services, including:
- Board-certified emergency physicians
- Emergency nurses certified in advanced cardiac life support, trauma and pediatric certifications

- Overnight observation rooms for children and a separate family-friendly waiting area

- Landing pad for Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance to ensure quicker treatment in emergency situations

Qualifications
- Education: ADN required, BSN or higher preferred
- Certification: Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing; BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire
- Experience: 2 years Nursing Experience in a hospital setting; RN Experience in the ED highly preferred
