Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and clinical oversight during assigned shifts
• Prioritizing and coordinating patient care activities to meet unit demands
• Serving as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members
• Monitoring patient conditions and facilitating timely communication with providers
• Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborating with nursing leadership to support quality, safety, and staff performance initiatives
• Functioning as a point of contact in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer or Nursing leadership

Requirements

• A current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license
• A minimum of six months of Medical/Surgical experience preferred
• A current associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• A BSN is preferred
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certifications preferred

Qualifications

• Must have a current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license
