About the role
The Dialysis Registered Nurse at PAM Health is responsible for:
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients.
- Interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
- Oversight of dialysis treatments required by patients with kidney failure as directed by physicians.
Responsibilities
May perform additional duties as assigned or requested, including:
- Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).
Requirements
- RN License in the state where you are applying.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification (initially required, then required after 90 days of employment).
Qualifications
- Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is preferred but not required.
