About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis provides direct patient care in an inpatient acute dialysis unit, utilizing advanced renal replacement therapies, supporting a dynamic, patient-centered care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on illness management
- Promote patient safety and quality compliance
- Communicate care plans across the care continuum
- Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations
Qualifications & Skills
- Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license
- Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience
- Experience in hospital bedside care and dialysis is preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
