Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
• Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in accordance with SPBH's philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Washington State RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

Pay

• Days: $48.00 – $55.00/hr
• Weekend Days: $53.00 – $60.00/hr (includes shift differential)
• Monthly bonus opportunity up to $9,000 per year
• Option to opt out of medical insurance coverage for additional compensation
