Your Experience Matters

• Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required and can produce a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Additional Skill Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase your flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

Compensation

• This is a full-time role;
• The expected base compensation ranges from $48.00 - $55.00 hourly + MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY + GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS.
