Registered Nurse RN - DAY SHIFT

Position: Full-Time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for DAY shift; 7A-7P Location: Center for Behavioral Health Maryland Heights Are you a compassionate RN looking to make a difference in behavioral health? Join our 20-bed psychiatric hospital serving geriatric patients with mental health needs such as cognitive illnesses. Located next to NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, we provide care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. About The Role As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. You'll help ensure a safe, compliant, and healing environment for all. Responsibilities Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policiesMonitor patient status and communicate changes to providersAdminister and document medications accuratelyMaintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standardsUse universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing programActive RN license in MissouriPreferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric settingCPR/BLS required Our Mission & Vision Mission: Improve quality of life through personalized behavioral health care.
