Registered Nurse ( RN ) – Day Shift - 12 Hour Shift

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM day shift.

About the role

As a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality resident care.
• Accurately complete electronic nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay

Base pay: $31.00–$40.40 per hour (based on experience). Shift differentials available.

Schedule

7:00 AM–7:00 PM, full-time.
