Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 12-Hour Day Shift

Role Summary

Provides comprehensive nursing care by assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Ensures timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions, including medication administration and treatments, maintaining safety and accuracy. Uses critical thinking to monitor residents' conditions, communicates changes effectively using SBARR, and responds to crises professionally. Engages in ongoing education to stay current with best nursing practices, participates in quality improvement processes, and supports residents with daily activities and assistance. May perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered nurse with an accredited nursing education and current RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months.
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer patients safely, with proper techniques and assistance when needed.
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in electronic and written documentation.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
