Registered Nurse (RN) - CV Coordinated Clinic (Cardiology)

Part time; 40 hours a pay period; 8 hour shifts (07:30–17:00, Monday–Friday)
About the role
In the Coordinated Clinic you will treat an outpatient population across a variety of cardiac specialties: Heart Failure, Lipid, Chest Pain, Cardiac Oncology, Watchman/Atrial Fibrillation, Structural Heart, Adult Congenital, and Advanced Heart Failure. Responsibilities include drawing labs, starting IVs, administering and monitoring medications, performing EKGs, and providing patient education.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience on cardiac telemetry, ICU, or ED
