Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prioritize patient needs, coordinate daily patient flow, and promote positive patient experiences.
• Serve as an educational resource, ensuring patient and family understanding of health issues.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required upon hire, with additional certifications encouraged.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
