Part Time - Critical Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices.Perform accurate hand-offs and bedside shift reports to ensure patient safety.Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.Administer medications, monitor complex conditions such as cardiac and respiratory issues, and support patient recovery.Participate in team huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and shared governance activities. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN preferred).Current Missouri RN license or compact license.Required certification: BLS; preferred certifications include ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN.Experience in stepdown or critical care settings is preferred.
