About the role
The Registered Nurse will care for a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses, working within a cohesive team environment and gaining valuable experience with critical care procedures.
Responsibilities
- Care for a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses
- Work within a cohesive team environment
- Gain experience with CVVH, ICP monitors, chest tubes, ventilators, and balloon pumps
Requirements
- Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network
- Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources
- Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or have three years of related professional nursing experience
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Possess acute care experience, but new grads are also considered
- Have excellent communication and team skills
- Show compassion and accountability
- Be self-directed
- Have EPIC experience (preferred)
