Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care-ICU unit, responsible for assessing and monitoring critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered nursing care, utilizing clinical knowledge to evaluate patient status.Administer treatments and interventions aligned with critical care protocols.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and certification requirements.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Current RN license in the state of practice; multi-state license acceptable.Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP based on patient population; CCRN or CEN preferred.Experience in critical care nursing is preferred.Patient-focused, mission-driven, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Key Duties: Monitor and care for critically ill patients during 12-hour night shifts, with every third weekend off, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
