Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Educator, Primary Care

MaineHealth · Livermore Falls, ME · 3 wk ago
On-site$40.06–$54.2/hrOther

Here community matters—and so does your voice! As part of our RN team as a Clinical Educator for Primary Care, you’ll be supported in an environment rooted in compassion, respect, and shared learning. We work together, support one another, and stay focused on what matters most: delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is an office-based RN role within our medical group, not a hospital setting. You’ll work in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient education, follow-up, and care coordination, while still staying hands-on and clinically active. Your day will include a mix of patient calls, education, and clinical support—triaging symptoms, reviewing results, answering medication questions, and assisting with routine visits. This role is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, likes to stay busy, and values building relationships over time while balancing clinical care with organization and follow-through.
