Christiana Hospital is designated by the state of Delaware and verified by the American College of Surgeons as the state’s only Level I trauma center for adults in Delaware. As an integral part of Delaware’s trauma system, ChristianaCare provides statewide leadership and assistance with trauma response, strategic planning, and education. ChristianaCare’s trauma program collaborates with state and private emergency-management personnel throughout Delaware to ensure that every injured person receives the same high-quality care and best possible chance for recovery.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in the Christiana Emergency Department, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality trauma and emergency services.
Requirements
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
- At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required
- BLS certification required

Schedule
- Part-time midnights (48 hours per pay period), 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- Required commitment: every third weekend and 2 holidays per year
Pay
Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
