Registered Nurse (RN) Chemotherapy

About the role

Full-time position. 4–10-hour shifts per week Monday-Thursday. Chemo/Bio certification required. Must be willing to float to Medical Oncology clinic, Radiation Oncology clinic, and Nurse Navigation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other caregivers at Valley View, including primary care physicians, surgeons and other medical specialists, to support high-quality, compassionate care for each patient.
• Work closely with the nationally-renowned, highly-skilled, innovative and respected team of providers at Calaway Young Cancer Center.
• Use advanced technologies like tumor-genetic profiling and achieve unique accreditations for several radiation treatments and more than 120 therapeutic agents.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS obtained through the American Heart Association.
• Current Chemotherapy/Bio certification required.
• 3 years Acute Care/Med-Surg experience.
• 2 years Chemotherapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Current BSN.
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set.
• $10,000 sign on bonus with a two-year commitment. (Some internal candidates not eligible.)

Pay

$37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN)
