About the Role

This position is responsible for providing direct clinical patient care on a shift basis, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care. It involves supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care, adhering to safety standards, managing resources, and fulfilling hospital incident command roles during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient care based on nursing processes.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure competency.
• Support hospital safety protocols and emergency response.
• Perform related duties to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure or certification.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
