About the Role

This position is responsible for providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for assigned patients on a shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff delegated to provide care.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services.
• Coordinate patient care within medical protocols.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system roles during emergencies.
• Adhere to emergency codes and hospital policies.
• Perform related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active nursing license or certification.
• CPR certification.
