Responsibilities
- Utilizes specialized plan-of-care intervention

Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS/PALS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
Qualifications
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment
- Documents patient care given
- Maintains monitoring, recording, and communication of patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate patient/family education
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
