Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Practice Site - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote optimal outcomes.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.
• Document assessments, care delivered, and changes in patient condition accurately.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance.
• Mentor and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and stay current with industry practices.
• Support organizational goals related to patient and staff satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and valid RN licensure.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and support performance improvement.
