Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Practice Site - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate on care plans
• Deliver safe, effective care
• Document assessments and interventions
• Advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff

Performance Improvement

• Participate in initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and organizational performance
• Contribute ideas for process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Valid RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS are required
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills essential
