Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry - Acute Care FT Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care on a MedSurg Cardiac unit, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process, deliver relationship-based patient-centered care, coordinate care through effective communication, and support performance improvement and evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families, ensuring cultural competence and shared decision-making. Document care accurately, promote teamwork, and participate in professional development, mentoring, and research activities. Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and adhere to safety and organizational policies. Qualifications and Skills: Requires an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program.
