Registered Nurse - Acute Care Telemetry - FT Nights

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care, guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models. They perform the nursing process, partner with patients and families, and ensure adherence to professional standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Ensure timely documentation and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Participate in team collaboration, performance improvement, research, and shared governance.
• Support professional development by mentoring and completing mandatory education.
• Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and instructor certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred; prior patient care experience advantageous.
