Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry (FT Nights)

Role Overview

This position involves working on an Dedicated Orientation Unit that focuses on training newly hired caregivers in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to Medical Telemetry patients with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Acting as a preceptor to new staff
• Contributing to the development of future nurses

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in the state or applicable compact state
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with preferred mentor/preceptor background and medical-surgical experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Healthcare Provider card (or obtain within 90 days)
