Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and support to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care.
• Assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices at the unit level.
• Assuming 24/7 accountability for the management of assigned areas.
• Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management.
• Serving as a role model, advocate, and leader within the hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting or equivalent role.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Educational requirement: nursing degree (bachelor’s or higher preferred).
