Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, providing specialized care for cardiac patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality clinical care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of patient treatment.
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks to ensure safe and effective nursing practices.
- Coordinate patient care within medical protocols, adhering to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
- Support hospital emergency protocols and perform HICS responsibilities during emergencies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, resource management, and uphold hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Maintain current licensure and CPR certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Clinical expertise in cardiac care.
