Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
- Coordinating patient care within medical regimes and supporting hospital emergency protocols.
- Fulfilling all hospital incident command system (HICS) responsibilities during emergencies.
- Adhering to safety, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure or certification to practice as an RN, with CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
