Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Progressive Care Unit - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse (RN) manager specialized in the Cardiac PCU (Progressive Care Unit). Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices at the unit level. Maintain 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas, support clinical staff competency, and manage resources effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in the state of practice, with a minimum of 2 years of progressive management or charge nurse experience in a hospital setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and operational skills. Ability to serve as a professional role model and advocate for nursing. Education & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; a nursing academic degree is required.
