About the role
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop care plans
- Implement care plans and evaluate outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice practitioners
- Provide patient education and care coordination
- Support preventive care and chronic disease management
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BSN preferred
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Current BLS certification
- One year of recent RN experience required

Pay
The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The NEW GRADUATE pay for this position is $34.58 per hour. The pay range for this position is $34.35 to $46.46 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
