Job Summary
Hiring for all units - Adult, Geriatric, and Adolescent - at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, MA! Working in Behavioral Health, you will see the first hand results of the positive impact you have on the lives of individuals and their families who face mental health challenges. Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
- Absorb responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Absorb responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Education Required
- Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months
- Not a graduate yet? We offer externships to continue building your skills and gain hands on experience.
Certifications Required
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy;
- CPR.
Pay
$32.85 - $70.66 **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
