Responsibilities

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting changes in patient status
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers
Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner
Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate patient needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery
Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to manage continuation of care for specialized patient groups

Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Registered Nurse Diploma
