Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing coverage across assigned residential and group home sites.
- Meet daily with Site Administrators to review assignments and priorities.
- Deliver medical care, promote health maintenance, and provide health education to clients.
- Arrange and/or accompany clients to medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within two weeks).
- Administer immunizations in accordance with New Jersey State law and maintain accurate immunization records.
- Oversight the ordering, storage, and control of medications and first aid supplies.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience working with adults.
- Experience supporting individuals with psychiatric and/or medical needs preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
