Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL, Inc. is seeking an RN to join our team!

Schedule

This is a consultant position or employee position and available hours are flexible based on programmatic needs, up to 8 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial medication training according to NH regulations
• Review medication logs and submit documentation to NH DDS
• Provide in-service trainings on health care related topics
• Coordinate medical resources with families, staff when intervention is appropriate
• Review new referrals
• Participate in provider certifications visits to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NH
• Experience with DD population
• Must possess good communication skills—both oral and written
• Must be able to be flexible with schedules to coordinate meetings with providers and training
• Work in Hollis and Nashua, NH
• Driver's license and vehicle required
